After handling the gathered data, we a ll give an analysis report of what is recommended for the procedure. The study will contain our proposal that will benefit the growth of your business. It will also contain what staff you need that will fit your rightful budget. A contract agreement from Fantaji, S.A. will follow if the proposal is approved.
Contract Agreement
We' ll send out to you a client contract prepared by Fantaji, S.A. and if agreed, the following procedure will begin.
Hiring Process
The recruiting professionals of Fantaji, S.A. will begin the hiring process guided by your preferences and standard qualifications. We a re also happy to help you if you want to add any additional information during this process.
Recruitment Course
After knowing your required preferences, Fantaji, S.A. will post through the widely viewed job ads in Hong Kong, Philippines and Singapore. A recruitment staff will help gather and filter out the received applications.
Interview and Testing of Applicants
Fantaji, S.A. will give a series of interview and tests for the applicants to sort which are qualified for the position. This will also give us an overview of their said abilities and skills for the job.
Final Enlistment
After passing through our recruitment process, Fantaji, S.A. will now give you handful list of candidates. We a ll send you their information and screening results. At this point, you will now choose which best suits your interests. Fantaji, S.A. will now coordinate the meeting times based on your fitted schedule in which a medium of communication will be chosen (ICQ, MSN or Skype). Our staff will also be happy to aid you in this decision making procedure.
Dedicated Support and Supervision
Once you ha ve hired the perfect person for the job, Fantaji, S.A. supervision staffs will now send you constant daily reports for their accomplished work. Should you find any questions or concerns, our support staff is always ready to serve you.
